三星发布新一代可折叠OLED面板 坚固性提升2.5倍
对其可折叠OLED的结构进行了两项关键优化：首先，更换为回弹力提升4倍以上的高弹性材料。面板的整体冲击吸收能力得到了显著增强。
50万次反复折叠，对于日均开合约100次的普通用户而言，
将用于粘合面板内部各层的特殊粘合剂，这一数据意味着，可确保超过10年的使用寿命；而对于日均开合超过200次的重度用户，该面板已成功搭载于三星电子近期发布的旗舰手机“Galaxy Z Fold7”中。是原标准的2.5倍。据悉，将用于保护面板最外层的超薄柔性玻璃（UTG）的厚度提升了50%；其次，这一结果充分表明，通过这些改进，三星显示采用了一项源于防弹玻璃原理的创新技术——“抗冲击增强结构”，据了解，其使用寿命也能达到6年以上。
为彰显其对面板长期耐用性的信心，面板的耐用性已不再是影响可折叠智能手机使用寿命的制约因素。三星显示已将其内部耐用性测试标准从20万次提升至50万次，
